So Inspiring!

I love this lady!  She never gave up on her dream to swim from Cuba to the U.S.  On her 5th try she made it!  What I got from this is that age is just a number, so whatever your dreams, go for it and never give up!

In Rememberance

Our family is grieving the loss of my Aunt Dot.  She will be missed by many friends as well.  It is bittersweet that she has gone to the other side.  We will be without her here but I know that she is in a wonderful place and joined with other departed family members and friends.  We will always remember her great spirit.   She will live on inside of us all. So while conducting my online research for digital vision board ideas, I found several blogs where people are creating them using Pinterest. (here are some samples).  It isn't that I hadn't looked into Pinterest before, I just hadn't made the connection of using it as a platform for my vision board.  I also didn't realize that there is now a way to make your photos private and I'm happy that there is.  I may end up sharing my board here and there but for the most part I want to have a private space to upload visuals tha…

I've blogged on the topic of happiness a few times.  I still feel that despite our circumstances, it is a choice that we make.
